Summary

Selecting a cluster shared volume (CSV) as the restore target in ActiveImage Protector's File Recovery task triggers a blue screen (BSOD) with STOP code [0x0000001e].

This problem arises from the behavior of the filter driver (cbfilter20.sys) used by ActiveImage Protector's File Recovery task.

Workaround

Please use one of the following operating procedures.

1) Run the File Recovery task on a non-owner node of the cluster shared volume.

2) Choose a recovery target other than a cluster shared volume for the File Recovery task.
