Timestamp applied to a file restored with Image Explorer is UTC

Summary

The timestamp for a file restored using ActiveImage Protector's Image Explorer (from a backup image file) is set to UTC. This is a limitation of the software, to restore a file with a local time stamp, please use File Recovery (Restore -> File Recovery).
