When Oracle is in No Archive Log Mode, File Backup task will be canceled

Summary

Since File Backup runs VSS by using VSS writer, Oracle VSS writer has to normally behave,
When Oracle is in No Archive Log Mode, File Backup task will be canceled.

Workaround

Please try one of the following workaround.

1) Change from No Archive Log Mode to Archive Log Mode.

After changing to Archive Log Mode,Oracle VSS Writer is in Error state. Please restart Volume Shadow Copy service.

2) If you want to run File Backup task in No Archive Log Mode, please disable or delete Oracle VSS Writer.

Please disable Oracle VSS Writer from the service.
