Operation procedures to uninstall the product when installed in a location other than default path

Summary

When the product is installed in the location other than [ C:\Program Files\Actiphy\ActiveImage Protector ], you may get the following message when uninstalling the product and uninstallation may not normally complete.

Delete <Install path>\ Failed: A part of the path "C:\Program Files\Actiphy" was not found.

Workaround

1) Create [ Actiphy ] folder in C:\Program Files.
2) Go to Control Panel and uninstall AIP.
3) ActiveImage Protector program in install path and [ Actiphy ] folder created with the above step 1) are deleted and the application will be uninstalled.
