Linux BE supports secure boot

Summary

AIP2022 Update 2 and later provides LinuxBE supporting secure boot.

However, in case of a virtual machine on Hyper-V, only Microsoft UEFI Secure Boot is supported to boot.
Also, we do not guarantee that Microsoft UEFI Secure Boot boots up in every environment. When secure boot is enabled but fails to boot up, please disable secure boot.
