Due to the failure of File Backup task caused by VSS error, the depletion of the desktop heap occurs

Summary

When File Backup task fails due to VSS error, the following process does not terminate but remains.

- actiphycopyx64.exe
- conhost.exe

As a result, when the number of failed File Backup task increases due to VSS error, the desktop heap occurs.

Workaround

Please run the following command, since when actiphycopyx64.exe terminates, conhost.exe of the dependent process can be terminated.

taskkill /IM actiphycopyx64.exe -F

Upon termination of the remaining process, please upgrade and apply the patch program.

2) Application of update patch 23.10.19.2
