Known issues with incremental task execution after updating the product

Summary

After updating from the earlier version of ActiveImage Protector 2022 to ActiveImage Protector 2022 Version 7.0.0.8643, volume backup keeps the incremental chain.
Since the image format is updated with 7.0.0.8643 from the earlier version, full backup task should be performed. However, the program does not behave as expected.

Causes

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Please manually run the full backup task.

This issue was fixed in [ Update patch 23.10.19.2 ].
If you still encounter the issue, the first backup after applying the update patch should be full backup instead of incremental backup.
