Workaround
Reinstall the snapshot driver using the kernel and kernel-devel. Follow the instructions on this link to install the necessary packages and drivers:
https://webhelp.actiphy.com/AIP/linux/2022/en_US/help/tips.html
1. Log in as root.
Run the following script:
#/opt/Actiphy/AIP-packages-tool.sh
If the script mentioned above isn't available, run the "AIP-packages-tool.sh" script included with the product media.
# ./AIP-packages-tool.sh
2. Once you've completed the steps, please initiate the backup task.
1) [4] Install "Kernel-devel Kernel-devel." (if not installed).
2) [7] Uninstall datto driver datto (uninstall driver related programs).
3) [5] Install datto driver datto (install driver related programs).
4) [13] Exit
* You can complete steps 1) and 2) in any order. No system restart is needed during these steps.
