When adding a backup image with HyperStandby, the status of existing tasks disappears

When using HyperStandby to add a backup image, we observed that the status of existing tasks disappeared. 

Ex.)

1) When a task is executed, you will see status updates like "Completed."

2) When adding a backup image by selecting [Add Image], the status of the existing tasks disappears.

Causes

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Exit ActiveImage Protector console and restart it again.

While a task is running, it cannot be deleted (it appears grayed out). To resolve this, implement a workaround. Please avoid removing the task from the list. 

If you've already deleted the task, please wait until it's completed, or follow these steps to cancel the task.

1) After applying the workaround (and restarting the ActiveImage Protector console), the screen will return to the HyperStandby console.

2) Click the following icon and click Cancel.

3) Manually delete a guest machine created on the respective hypervisor.

4) Add a backup image and create a new task.
