Details
When you manually delete backup image files in a storage folder, the Post-backup Process or ImageCenter features won't work for new ActiveImage Protector backup files.
These features track image files based on their numbering. If you delete all backup files and create a new full backup, ActiveImage Protector resets the file numbering. This reset prevents the Post-backup Process and ImageCenter features—such as BootCheck, Archive, Consolidation, and Verify—from functioning correctly.
Workaround
Please open the profile .ini file using Notepad and delete the contents of the [Last] parameter. ActiveImage Protector's <profilename> is a task name created in ActiveImage Protector.
● ActiveImage Protector's Post-backup Process
Please open the problematic .ini file, delete the contents of the [Last] parameter, and save the changes. The [Last] parameter is usually at the end of the file but may be located elsewhere. Use this procedure for all features.
