Details
If you select [Recovery] > [File Recovery] and certain conditions are met, the file recovery process is interrupted, even though it's marked as successfully completed.
- In the AIP console menu, go to [View] > [Refresh]
- Go to [Operation] > [Exit] or click [X] to close the console.
When this happens, the following affects the recovery target.
When the recovery target is a folder:
Both the selected recovery folder and the "XXXX-Recovery" folder exist. The recovered file's data is in the "XXXX-Recovery" folder.
When the recovery target is a file:
An empty folder with the file's name is found in the recovery target folder.
Causes
This is a known issue.
Workaround
Avoid the actions mentioned above when restoring a file.
This issue was fixed in Version 7.5.0.9448.
