Workaround
Please use the following operating procedures:
Operating Procedures
1) Ensure all processes, like backups, are stopped.
2) Open Windows Services and stop Actiphy ActiveImage Protector Service.
3) Open Task Manager, go to the Advanced tab, and end the following processes if running:
- Aiptask.exe
- USBDetector.exe
4) Delete the ActiveImage Protector install folder:
Go to **C:\Program Files\Actiphy\ActiveImage Protector**, select all files, and delete them.
Note: If Image Explorer has been used, you may not be able to delete AIVImg64.dll and ImageLibraryDLL.dll manually.
In this case, open the terminal with administrative privileges and run the following command.
Click [OK] for the message "DllUnregisterServer for AIVImg64.dll succeeded."
Then, sign out and sign back into Windows. The ActiveImage Protector folder under C:\Program Files (x86) will be deletable. Delete the folder.

C:\Program Files\NetJapan\ActiveImage Protector>regsvr32 /u AIVImg64.dll
