Details
The license information (such as expiration date and support period) for ActiveImage Protector authenticated by AAS or offline bundle is not updated automatically.
If the support period for the product key has expired, ActiveVisor cannot manage or control the agent.
If you're not using ActiveVisor or have a perpetual license, the steps in this article are optional.
If you have a subscription license and try to renew it using the same product key, you must manually update the license expiration as explained in this article.
You can also choose to deactivate and recreate the license/bundle file, but this article focuses on updating the license after renewing your paid support or subscription.
In case a license file is created using AAS
Operating Procedures
1) If you still have the email from when you created the license file, use the URL in it to access the application form.
If not, open AAS on the same PC used to create the license bundle, click the "+" next to [Registered product key], and open the [Register license bundle] window.
2) Open the application form using the URL. Skip the license count, go to "License Bundle" → "Send E-mail" to create the license file.
3) Return to the [Register license bundle] window from Step 1, select the new license file, and click [OK].
4) Open the ActiveImage Protector console on the PC.
5) To manually update the license, go to [Help] > [License], click the icon next to AAS Authentication, then click [Activation].
For Offline ActiveImage Protector
