Problems occur with the Boot Environment Builder when the user's temporary folder is set to a drive other than C drive

Details

If the user's temporary directory is set to a drive other than C:, certain issues may occur.
For example, if the environment variable is set like this:

TEMP　 E:\temp
TMP　　E:\temp

In this case, the following issues may happen:

Issue 1:　Installer won't start
Double-clicking the installer does nothing. As a workaround, right-click the installer and choose "run the administrator."

Issue 2:　"Launch without installation" fails
Click [Launch] - [Install] shows an error, and the installer doesn't run.

However, the program is extracted to the temporary folder set by the user.
To run it, double-click:
[Temp folder path]\Actiphy\Boot Environment Builder\ActiphyBEBuilder.exe
Boot Environment Builder will start and work normally. 

Folder specified by the user's environment variable\Actiphy\Boot Environment Builder\

To fix the issue, change the user’s temp folder to a location other than the C: drive.
