使用ポートの競合によってサービスが起動しない

概要

AIPサービスの再起動を行うとサービスが起動しなくなることがあります。aip.log に下記エラーが記録されていると、他のプロセスがAIPサービスのポートを使用してしまい、AIPサービスが起動できなくなります。

Linux版のエラー
bind() failed on port 48236 with error: 98, retry time: 0 Level=ERROR [98]

Windows版のエラー
bind() failed on port 48236 with error: 10048, retry time: 0 Level=ERROR [10048]

回避策

サービスのデフォルトポートを変更します。

1) aip.iniを開きます。

Linux版のパス
/opt/<NetJapan or Actiphy>/aip.ini

Windows版のパス
C:\Program Files (x86)\Actiphy\ActiveImage Protector\aip.ini

2) 下記セクションの数値を使用されていないポートに変更します。

[Network]
; Port used for remote connection. If <= 0 disable remote connection.
RemotePort=48236
; Port used for network discovery. If <= 0 disable network discovery.
BroadcastPort=48238

3) AIPサービスを起動します。

Linux版
# /opt/NetJapan or Actiphy/aipservice start

WIndows版
> net start aipservice
