AIPでサポートするTLSのバージョンについて

概要

Eメール通知設定で使用可能なTLSのバージョンは下記のとおりです。

TLS 1.0
TLS 1.1
TLS 1.2 *1, *2
*1 ActiveImage Protector 2016は TLS 1.2 非対応です。
*2 ActiveImage Protector 2018は、update5 (5.1.9.5982)以降でTLS 1.2対応となりました。

TLS 1.3  ActiveImage Protector 2022 6.5.2.7616以降で対応

2022/4/1追記:
Exchangeのブログによると、2022年にTLS1.0 / TLS1.1のサポートを停止する予定であるとアナウンスされています。

Microsoft’s New Plan to Encourage TLS 1.2
 Stop supporting TLS 1.0 and 1.1 connections for the regular smtp endpoint used to accept inbound email to Exchange Online (smtp.office365.com). This is what will happen sometime in 2022.
 Allow tenants with good business reasons to continue to use obsolete TLS to accept the risk by configuring their tenant to accept these connections.

AIPのメール通知のエラーは、AIPインストールパス\Logs\Notification\XXXXXXXX.xmlの内部に記録されており、Exchangeのブログに記載の下記メッセージが出力されている場合は、TLS 1.2対応のAIPへバージョンアップして下さい。
