Summary
Restoring a file from a backup image file involves virtually extracting the backup image from the destination storage. If the device containing the backup image file doesn't respond properly, file recovery may not be successful. It's particularly recommended to restore a file from a backup image file on a NAS under specific conditions.
Recommended Conditions
– When restoring a file from a backup image file on a NAS, ensure a network bandwidth of 1Gbps between the machine performing the file recovery task and the NAS.
– When restoring a file from a backup image file on a NAS, perform the file recovery task during periods of low network traffic.
– Execute the file recovery task from a backup image file on a local disk or USB HDD compatible with USB3.0.
