Shutdown backup does not work

Symptom

There's a situation where the scheduled backup shutdown feature doesn't work as intended.

Cause

If Fast Startup is enabled, the operating system may not fully shut down, causing this issue.

Workaround

Please disable the following:

1) Go to Power Options.

2) Choose "What the power button does."

3) Select "Change settings that are currently unavailable."

4) Turn off "Fast startup."
