The "File Recovery" operation cannot display specific folders

Symptom

The file may not appear when selecting it for recovery in the "File Recovery" operation.

Cause

During the file recovery operation, the image is mounted using a special method. As a result, it may not be visible if the NTFS permissions of the folder don't grant full control to the administrators group. 

Workarounds

Try one of the following methods:

1) Mount the image as writable and copy the folder or file after granting the Administrators group access permissions to the target folder or file.

2) Double click on the image file and copy the folder or file.

3) Grant the access permission of the administrators group to the folder before starting backup process.
