Symptoms

Backup task may stop.

Cause

– Case1
Progress rate of the backup task will continue and stop at 1%.

– Case2
Progress rate of the backup task will continue to stop at 2% or 96%.
This case has been stopped at the phase to be copied to the backup target.

Anti-Virus can cause this issue.
The anti-virus software which is the confirmed cause.

Upgrade to the latest version.

– Case2
Implement a batch file to Stop/Start anti-virus service.
