Symptoms
The following error may be displayed during ActiveImage Protector installation.
Or this error will be displayed each time you log-in.
“ActiveImage USB detector stopped working”
“The program cannot be started because the computer does not have MSVCP 120. dll.”
Cause
The Microsoft Visual C ++ runtime library may not be installed depending on the OS environment.
Workaround
Click the programs and Features of the control panel and check if the following runtime is installed.
– Microsoft Visual C ++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) – 12.0.21005
If the OS does not have this runtime, execute vcredist_x86.exe from the ActiveImage Protector installation path and install the runtime.
