HyperBack backup of Linux guest machine failed

Summary

During the backup of a Linux guest machine with HyperBack, AipCopyWLH64.exe crashed, resulting in a failed backup task. 

Causes

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Please apply the following patch:

Decompress the file and double-click it. The wizard will lead you through the patch installation. Note that this patch is not cumulative, so ensure that the update patch program (21.02.10.03) is applied before applying this patch.
