Summary
If an activation error occurs, consider the following:
1) If connected to the internet and using a proxy, set the proxy:
- ActiveImage Console > Menu Bar > Preferences > Agent
- Activate: ActiveImage Console > Menu Bar > Help > Activation
2) If not connected to the internet, request an offline key from us.
