How to use Knowledge Base

Method１

Type a keyword in the "Search the Knowledge Base" box, then press Enter to see all search results.

Method２

Type a keyword in the "Search the Knowledge Base" window and wait for the display of search results. The list will be limited to a maximum of 100 results.

Look for the relevant item in the category list below the search box. The results will show up to 10 items, and if there are more, you can scroll down to see additional results.
