Mount Image / File Recovery does not normally complete

Summary

If you experience the following issues:

1) The folder list is not visible when selecting File Recovery.

2) An error dialog appears, indicating that Mount Image failed.

It suggests that the mount driver might not be correctly installed.

Workaround

Please reinstall ActiveImage Protector.
