Summary
When changing the hypervisor (host machine) administrator account password, a scheduled backup task might end with an End Code -621 error. This happens because the password configured for the task remains unchanged, making the hypervisor inaccessible. To address this, follow the workaround below when changing the hypervisor administrator account password.
Workaround
1) Navigate to [Preference] → [HyperAgent] → [Hypervisor] and delete the host for which you changed the administrator account password.
2) Click [Add Hypervisor] and add a new hypervisor.
3) Select [Dashboard] → [Schedule] tab and delete the schedule.
4) Select [Dashboard] → [HyperAgent] → [Create Backup Schedule] and create a schedule.
