Summary
A.I.R (Architecture Intelligent Restore) can restore virtual/physical machines from ActiveImage Protector's backup image files to different hardware, utilizing the embedded storage controller driver. Only the storage controller driver is supported for building in.
How to use
* Please use a Windows PE/RE installed with the necessary drivers, so that the target disk for migration can be recognized when booting up. If the target storage is integrated and recognized by adding a driver loader, A.I.R. may not be able to recognize the system drive.
1) Launch WindowsPE-based boot environment to restore the ActiveImage Protector’s backup image file.
2) Go to [Utilities] → [Launch A.I.R.].
3) Please make sure that [Source Drive] is correctly selected and click [OK].
4) Enable [RAID or AHCI driver is required], browse INF file for the storage controller driver and click [OK].
A couple of seconds later, the following message is displayed and the process completes.
