Summary
The installer for ActiveImage Protector 2022 has been improved compared to the previous version. Please choose the necessary items and install them accordingly.
1) Install licensed components by entering the product key. This includes installing the backup agent. Enter the ActiveImage Protector 2022 product key during the installation, which encompasses the second process.
2) Install the remote console to access and control the backup agent configured on a remote computer through a graphical user interface (GUI).
3) Install related products by choosing this installation type.
3-1) Actiphy Boot Environment Builder
The BE builder allows you to create a boot environment. This feature was included in version 1) with AIP2018 or an earlier version.
*Due to the size limitation of the AIP setup file, if you are installing with AIP 7.0.0.8643 or later, simply double-click the "BEBuilder_Setup.exe" file located in the "Setup" folder within the launcher or the product media to install the Boot Environment Builder.
3-2) Actiphy HyperBoot
Actiphy HyperBoot enables you to boot any ActiveImage Protector backup image as a virtual machine on a specified hypervisor.
3-3) Actiphy Authentication Service（AAS）
Actiphy Authentication Service can act as a Standalone Licensing server without requiring a persistent internet connection.
3-4) Actiphy ReZoom it!
The ReZoom it! feature restores a specific virtual machine from a backup image of the entire Hyper-V host.
* Originally part of "AIP for Hyper-V," ReZoom it! is now included as an extended feature in the Server Edition, following the discontinuation of sales for AIP 2018.
* To install Actiphy ReZoom it!, double-click the launcher or run ReZoom_Setup.exe in the Setup folder, as the AIP setup file has size restrictions.
* Download the latest version from the Download site.
