The HyperBackup task might fail depending on the ESXi version

Summary

Depending on the ESXi version, creating a quiesced snapshot might not complete successfully, leading to potential failure in online backup using HyperBackup.

Versions currently known to have problems:
– ESXi5.5 update2 2068190
– ESXi6.0.0 Update 3 6921384

Causes

This issue is likely due to a problem with the quiesced snapshot of the virtual machine on ESXi.

Workaround

1) If you're backing up a virtual machine on ESXi 5.5, update to ESXi 5.5 Update 3 or a later version. 
2) If backing up a virtual machine on ESXi 6.0, update to ESXi 6.0 EP 23 or a later version. Note that, for this issue with uncertain occurrence conditions, updating to the latest version may not necessarily solve the problem. 

Even if your virtual machine is on the problematic version, it's recommended to take a snapshot of the VM for improvement.
