Backup image file format compatibility

Summary

Depending on the version of the product, the supported image file format differs.
Therefore, an earlier version does not support new image file format.

Ex）
・AIP3.5 and AIP2016 do not support the use of AIP2018 5.1.4.5634 or later backup files.
・AIP2022 supports the use of AIP2022 or earlier backup files.

Check the image file format versions in the ActiveImage console under "Image Management."

Notes:
(1) ReZoom It! does not support Linux guest VM.
(2) IT Pro Creator does not support Linux system.
(3) AIP2022 version 7.5.0.9448 and earlier versions (AIP2022 7.1.0 9188) support different File Backup image file formats.
*ImageCenter was discontinued with version 5.0.4.2860. The successor product will be Actiphy ImageCenter (with StorageServer), which integrates Actiphy StorageServer.
