Backing up a folder or file with a double-byte character name on a shared folder

Summary

Directly backing up a folder or file with a double-byte character name on a shared folder results in a failure of the File Backup task. 

Causes

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Re-name the file or folder without using double-byte characters.
