Tips for using LTO tape/RDX media

Summery

If backups are directed to LTO tape/RDX media and the media is not recognized, the "aip.log" records the following error.

09 / 14/ 2022 04:25:16.744 0 PrepareTape TAPE0 failed 1112 Level = ERROR [ 1112 ]

ERROR [ 1112 ] refers to "Windows System Error" and means [ No media in drive ].

Workaround

If you encounter the mentioned error, insert the cartridge into LTO tape/RDX media. Once inserted, ensure that the media is displayed as the backup destination on the ActiveImage Protector console, and then initiate the backup task.
