Solution for HyperBack task failure with Exit -603 Error

Summary

While backing up virtual machines with HyperBack, the task might fail with Exit -603 error. This issue is due to the Actiphy RCTHelper installed on Hyper-V not functioning correctly. The Task Log records the following errors. 

09/27/2022 19:00:00.111 Query RCTHelper return -950, 0 Level = ERROR[0]
09/27/2022 19:00:00.111 #### ERROR GetDisksBitmapFileWithPush() @ AgentlessBackup.cpp(494): -603 Level = ERROR[0]

Workaround

1)  Visit "Apps and Features" on the Hyper-V host where the virtual machines are located. Choose "Actiphy RCTHelper" for uninstallation.
2) Please perform a full backup of the virtual machines once more. When taking incremental backups of the virtual machines, note that "RCTHelper" gets reinstalled on the Hyper-V host.
