File recovery task using a backup image created with the [Backup by disk] option

Summary

During File Recovery task, you might encounter the following error:

[The recovery point you selected is currently mounted.]

This error occurs when there are more than two disks installed, and the [Advanced Setting] - [Split image into xx MB files] option is turned on.

Workaround

Recreate the File Recovery task and disable the [Split image into xx MB files] option.
