Script error in the virtualization option

Summary

Enabling the virtualization option for an online backup task fails due to the script error.

Causes

This is a recognized problem that has been resolved in ActiveImage Protector 2018 Update 8 (Version 5.1.11.6632).

Workaround

Please use one of the following operating procedures:

1) Download the following script, unzip the file and overwrite it in "/opt/Actiphy" folder.

ptov_pre_1.0.12.zip

2) When the virtualization option is not required, go to [2 Destination] - [Advanced Setting] and disable "Make backup image file P2V ready" in create / edit backup task setting./p>
