HyperAgent items are not shown on the dashboard when utilizing Remote Management

Summary

When utilizing Remote Management in ActiveImage Protector with HyperAgent, if certain conditions are met, the HyperAgent items will not be visible on the dashboard.

Conditions
1) ActiveImage Protector, installed with a Virtual guest key, etc., does not include the HyperAgent feature.
2) The remote computer is connected via remote console.

Workaround

Get a Virtual host key or a trial version of Server Edition and install ActiveImage Protector using the provided key.

＊The trial version is valid for 30 days after installation.
