HyperAgent items are not shown on the dashboard when using Remote Management

Summary

If you use Remote Management in ActiveImage Protector with HyperAgent and meet certain conditions, the HyperAgent items will not appear on the dashboard.

Conditions
1)  ActiveImage Protector is installed without the HyperAgent feature when using a Virtual guest key, etc.
2) The remote computer is connected via remote console.

Workaround

Get a Virtual host key or trial version of Server Edition and install ActiveImage Protector using the provided key.

＊The trial version is valid for 30 days after installation.
