Retention policy for managing outdated backup image sets

Summary

ActiveImage Protector's backup image set count increases based on the number of created base image files. However, when scheduling subsequent recurring incremental backup tasks after the initial baseline (full) backup, additional base backup image files are not generated. Consequently, the number of backup image sets remains static, leading to the Retention Policy failing to delete outdated backup images.

To address this, it is necessary to regularly schedule a base (full) backup task to enable the automatic deletion of obsolete backup image sets.
