Desktop heap depletion error occurs when a File Backup task fails due to VSS errors

Summary

When a File Backup task fails due to a VSS error, the following processes are not correctly terminated.

- actiphycopyx64.exe
- conhost.exe

As a result, a desktop heap error occurs when the number of failed File Backup tasks increases due to VSS errors.

Workaround

Please run the following command. When actiphycopyx64.exe terminates, the dependent process conhost.exe can be terminated.

taskkill /IM actiphycopyx64.exe -F

After terminating the processes please upgrade and apply the following patch program.

1) Upgrading to Version 7.0.0.8643
2) Application of update patch 23.10.19.2
