Shutdown event-triggered Backup does not run

Details

When selecting the [Shutdown] option in the backup schedule settings, the event-triggered Backup task might not shut down.

Causes

This happens because with fast startup enabled, the operating system doesn't fully shut down.

Workaround

Please disable the following features:

Power Option -- Select power option -- Please enable the currently disabled option. -- Enable Fast Startup.
