Details
We observed that when SFTP is set as the replication target in ActiveImage Protector task settings, folder browsing is disabled.
Causes
This is a known issue.
Workaround
Specify the root directory right after user authentication without selecting a subfolder.
If you select a folder in the tree view and click [Finish], a "Network user logon error" appears, blocking further progress.
The result will vary based on whether the "Create a subfolder" option is enabled or disabled.
When "Create a subfolder" is disabled.
The image file at the replication target is created as a hidden file with a "." (dot) under the authenticated target folder.
When "Create a subfolder" is enabled.
The image file is created as a hidden file with a "." (dot) in the authenticated target folder.
