Some client statuses may be outdated in ActiveVisor's Client View.
Conditions
- Multiple ActiveVisors detected the target client, causing it to switch between "Managed by this ActiveVisor" and "Managed by a different ActiveVisor."
Confirmed Symptoms
- Status results with old timestamps remain visible, and the last task's progress (e.g., 0.1%) still shows. When ActiveVisor is restarted, the status appears blank.
Workaround
Please follow this workaround:
1) On the client PC with the outdated status:
1-1) Stop the Actiphy ActiveImage Protector Service in Windows Services.
1-2) Delete the ActiveVisor\agent.ini
file.
1-3) Restart the Actiphy ActiveImage Protector Service.
2) On the PC with ActiveVisor installed and showing the issue:
2-1) Restart the Actiphy ActiveVisor service in Windows Services.
