Fix for boot environment creation failure in ActiveImage Protector Update 7 with the latest ADK.

Fixes

1) Fixed boot environment creation with ADK 10.1.26100.2454 (Dec 2024).   

2) Fixed boot creation on GPT USB media.

Download Boot Environment Builder in ActiveImage Protector 2022 to create a boot environment. It supports image version "208" or later from ActiveImage Protector 3.5 SP7 or newer.
