The boot environment still completed successfully, even though adding a driver failed.
When this happened, an error was logged—not in the GUI logs, but in the logs folder under the product’s install path.

Since the driver wasn't installed properly, the interface isn't recognized in the boot environment.

Causes

This known issue will be fixed in a future update.
